School Environment Evaluation

This week’s assignment involved evaluating the Technology Maturity Benchmarks of our school. (Names have been changed to protect the innocent, ma’am!)
I really learned a lot about what my school has to offer. Wow! Who would have known!

The ACET Standards addressed in this assignment are:
Project Management which involves planning, monitoring, and controlling instructional design and development of projects.
Formative and Summative Evaluation. Formative evaluation deals with gathering information and using this information as a basis for further development. Summative evaluation involves gathering information and using this information to make decisions about utilization.
And Long-Range Planning which focuses on the organization as a whole. During this strategic planning, managers try to decide in the present what must be done to ensure organizational success in the future.
